GURREN LAGANN ART WORKS
Gurren Lagann series is a Japanese anime, which was animated by a Japanese studio, ‘Gainax’, and this series was completed with 27 episodes of the TV series and two anime films. The original book, which was published in 2009, contains the artworks of Gurren Lagann, and this artbook is an English edition.

Language & Contents
As I mentioned above, the original edition was written in Japanese, but this artbook is the English edition, published by Udon Entertainment. Except the index pages for each of illustrations, there are no texts in this book. There is no table of contents, and for each of index pages there are some information like the artists of each of illustrations, and the places where the artworks were used in.
Components
Except the indexes, there are only complete illustrations in this book, and also there are no concept arts and comments for the illustrations, so you might keep those facts in mind. Since the artbook mainly consists of magazine illustrations, DVD illustrations, poster illustrations, and illustrations of merchandises, you can enjoy many illustrations of several artists. There are also some illustrations, used in some media, so you can find not all of the illustrations but some of the illustrations that you have seen from some sort of websites, or merchandises.

Today I’ve reviewed the Gurren Lagann Art Works [English Edition]. This artbook contains plenty of contents since it contains all of the illustrations of Gurren Lagann series, contained in the original book published in 2009. Therefore, this artbook might be the ideal book for fans of Gurren Lagann series, or people who want to enjoy the illustrations of Gurrenn Lagann series.
