CFSL.NET Artbook 02 Café Salé
CFSL.NET Artbook 02 is a second volume of CFSL.NET Artbook series, which was published by French online art community website, CFSL.NET. This series contains many artworks of artists, who are currently doing their drawing activities on the CFSL.NET, and so far the seventh volume of the series has been released. You can purchase the artbooks of the series at the Amazon.com, or CFSL.NET. Although the eighth volume has not been published yet, there’ll be news about publishing it in sooner.

CFSL.NET Artbook 02 is a paperback book. It has 304 pages and the size of it is 8.5 x 2.1 x 24.5cm.
Language & Contents
This book was written in French, so some of people who don’t know French might be hesitated to purchase this book, but luckily, there are only a few explanations that are important, except the introduction, so you don’t need to worry about reading the book because of the different language. Although, there’s no list of tables, you can find out the fact that this book consists of three categories, ‘Scene’, ‘Character’ and ‘Miscellaneous’ since each of those is written next to the number of pages, and at the last page, there are names of participating artists in alphabetical order.
Scene
Comparing with the other artbooks of the series, this chapter features more about backgrounds. Every artwork is a digital drawing, and each of artworks covers its artist, title, a program that used for drawing it, and year. You can enjoy many different styles of artworks.
Character
This part mainly shows the artworks of characters, so that’s why this part comprises the most of the pages, and just like the first part, every artwork shows its information on the same way.
Miscellaneous
This part contains the artworks that the other two parts didn’t feature, and unlike the other two parts, some of artworks in this part are hand-drawn works. It’s a little bit shame that this part comprises the least of the pages.
Concluding the review
Today I’ve reviewed the CFSNL.NET Artbook 02. I think this book has two remarkable features. One is that this book contains plenty of artworks of many French artists, and the other is it also covers the information of each of participating artists. Bottom line, I want to recommend this artbook to people who want to enjoy many different styles of 2D digital drawings.
