Bravely Default is a RPG game, which was developed by Square Enix, and released for the NDS. The character designer was Akihiko Yoshida who is an employee of Square Enix, and also participated in Tactics Orge, Final Fantasy12, and Final Fantasy14 as a game artist.

This book is written in Japanese, and the parts of the book are separated as Flying Fairy, For the Sequel, Praying Brage, and special images. It has images of Flying Fairy, characters of For the Sequel, backgrounds, monsters, storyboards, and weapons. Most of pages consist of characters and comments about its development process. Mentioning about Praying Brage part, it has many illustrations of characters of various artists including Akihiko Yoshida. There are some images of Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light, which is a spin-off of the Final Fantasy series at the special images part.

I highly recommend this art book to game users who like the art works of Akihiko Yoshida, or game developers who need the materials of cute characters.
